Kathy and Rich have an excellent company with true customer service, Honest pricing and loyal to their warranties! I have been through dozens of companies on my 240 condo complex. I don’t have to worry and watch over their crews because I know it will be done right. They have done concrete roads, sidewalks, stucco, brickwork and some very technical drainage issues, with 2 projects that are green lights once the money is available, One of them to reside, which not only did they have the rep of Hardie out here but a whole crew from Hardie to go into depth of all my questions and prior issues from when they were built 30 years ago. Not only I changed major designs in the middle of a huge project, but put it on hold until we could get enough info from engineers and they were completely fine with it and helped gather that info, which is a disaster of a nightmare for a contractor to deal with a client that doesn’t know what they want or changes huge parts mid way. They stand behind all work without excuses, and meet deadlines even with me throwing extra work in. They have the man power to take on any job I’ve seen and do the work as you want. I look forward to working with Elite for a long time.
