They weren’t the lowest bid, but I questioned whether the lowballs were capable of doing a good job. Elite’s bid was about half of the highest bid. I chose Elite because I wanted a quality job at a fair price in my time frame. The driveway, sidewalk, and stoop turned out great! The crew and project manager where very professional and pleasant to work with. They worked fast. All work was done within 2 days. Thanks guys!
