For very general purposes, we break kitchen remodeling projects into three categories. First, there’s a value kitchen remodel, which should run around 50k. The second category is a premium kitchen remodel, which starts at around 75k. The third and custom kitchen remodel will start at around 100k. It depends on scope, selections, size, and complexity.
Do You Pull Permits For Your Kitchen Remodels?
Yes, if we’re touching plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or framing, we always pull permits.

How Long Will My Kitchen Remodel Take?
The planning, design, and permitting process generally takes around a month. Once materials are ordered and delivered onsite or to our remote storage facility, the work generally takes between 1 and 2 months.
